All Sales Are Final
GameSelect.NET does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any Promotion, Boost, VIP, Subscription, or other paid product or service, under any circumstances. This includes, without limitation:
- Change of mind after purchase;
- Early removal, deletion, or deactivation of the promoted server by its owner;
- The promoted server going offline, being banned, or becoming unreachable during the promotion period;
- Dissatisfaction with the results, visibility, or performance of a Promotion;
- Partial use of a Promotion's duration;
- Suspension or termination of an account for violating our Terms of Service.
By purchasing a Promotion, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy in full.
Statutory Rights
Where applicable law grants you a mandatory right that cannot be waived (for example, a statutory withdrawal right for digital content that has not yet been supplied), nothing in this policy limits that non-waivable right. However, once a Promotion has begun — meaning placement has started — you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose any applicable right of withdrawal to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Renewals
Extending or renewing an existing Promotion is a separate purchase and is likewise governed by this no-refund policy.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged without authorization, contact us at [email protected] with your order details. We investigate billing disputes on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion. Investigating a dispute does not constitute a waiver of this no-refund policy, and does not guarantee any refund, credit, or exchange.
